Tickets
One drum, both routes
This is the part people ask about most. Tickets bought online are printed onto slips after entries close, and go into the same physical drum as the store copies collected from partner businesses. Nobody is drawn by a computer.

Common questions
Am I paying for the tickets?expand_more
No. You are buying a product at its normal price. The draw tickets come free with the purchase, which is why the number of tickets goes up when you buy more.
When do my tickets appear?expand_more
As soon as your payment clears. They show under My tickets with their own serial numbers, and you are in the draw from that moment.
Is the shop ticket really free?expand_more
Yes. Partner businesses hand them out with a qualifying purchase at their own discretion. You do not pay anything for the ticket itself.
What does entering the number online actually do?expand_more
The shop keeps one half of your ticket and that half is already in the drum. Entering the number online means we print a second slip and add it too, so you have two chances instead of one.
Can I enter a ticket I bought online?expand_more
No, and there is nothing to gain. Tickets bought online are already counted in the drum. The entry box is only for the number printed on a paper ticket from a shop.
What if I never enter my shop ticket and it wins?expand_more
The shop half is still in the drum, so it can still be drawn. Keep your half: you claim the prize with the number printed on it.
How do I know the draw is fair?expand_more
It is physical and recorded. After each draw we publish how many online tickets, shop copies and doubled slips were in the drum, so the counts can be checked against the video.
