1. Who we are
Winnn is operated by [company name to be confirmed], registered in Lebanon at [registered address to be confirmed]. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means anyone using winnn.app or holding a Winnn ticket.
Contact: hello@winnn.app
2. What Winnn is, and who runs each draw
Winnn sells products from participating businesses. Some products include free entry into a prize draw. Winnn also distributes free printed tickets through participating businesses.
You are never charged for a draw entry. Where a product includes tickets, you pay the ordinary retail price for that product and the tickets cost nothing extra. Where a ticket is handed to you in a shop, it is free with a qualifying purchase at that business's discretion.
Winnn operates in two distinct capacities, and which one applies is stated on every campaign page.
Online draws: Winnn is the promoter
Where a draw is run by Winnn, under our own name or co-branded with a participating business, Winnn is the licensed promoter under a private draw permit issued by Loto Libanais. We are responsible for conducting the draw, verifying entries, and delivering the prize.
In-store draws: the business is the promoter
Where a draw is entered using a printed ticket obtained at a participating business, that business is the licensed promoter and holds the permit from Loto Libanais.
For these draws Winnn provides marketing and technology services only: designing and printing tickets, hosting the campaign page, and allowing tickets to be registered online. Winnn is not the promoter, does not hold the permit, and is not responsible for conducting the draw or paying the prize.
The promoter's name and permit number appear on the campaign page and on the printed ticket.
3. Who can enter
You must be 18 or older and resident in Lebanon to hold a ticket or claim a prize. We may ask for identification before a prize is paid.
Employees of Winnn, of the relevant promoter, and their immediate families may not claim prizes in draws run by their employer.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their tickets cancelled.
4. How entries work
Buying a product. Each qualifying product states how many tickets it carries. Tickets are issued when payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. If a campaign closes before your payment clears, the product is still supplied but no tickets are issued.
Free printed tickets. A participating business may give you a printed Winnn ticket with a purchase. The ticket separates into two halves. The business keeps one half, which goes into the drum. You keep the half showing a 16-digit number.
Registering a printed ticket. Entering that number on winnn.app adds a second slip to the same draw, doubling that ticket's chances. Each number can be registered once. Tickets bought online are already entered and cannot be registered again.
Registration is optional. An unregistered printed ticket remains fully valid.
5. How the draw works
All draws are physical. Entries are printed onto slips, placed in a drum, and the winning slip is drawn by hand. No computer selects the winner.
Online draws. Winnn conducts the draw under its permit, records it, and publishes how many entries of each type were in the drum.
In-store draws. The promoting business conducts the draw under its own permit. Winnn publishes the result it is given, together with the number of registered online duplicates it supplied to the drum. Winnn does not verify the promoter's conduct of the draw.
A campaign may be closed early, extended, or cancelled before drawing. If it is cancelled, any product you bought is still supplied or refunded.
6. Winning and claiming
Claims are made to the promoter of that draw: Winnn for online draws, the named business for in-store draws.
Winners of online draws are contacted using their account details. Where a printed ticket was never registered, the holder claims by presenting their half with the matching number to the promoter.
Claims must be made within 60 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn or withdrawn.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless the prize is itself cash, and are not transferable. Any tax is the winner's responsibility.
We may ask a winner to take part in reasonable publicity. You may decline to be named, and we will not use your image without your consent.
For in-store draws, Winnn has no liability for a prize the promoting business fails to deliver. Your claim in that case is against that business.
7. Orders, collection and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you choose one of the following.
Collection from the store. Free. You collect from the participating business named at checkout, bringing your order number and identification. You have 120 days from the date we tell you the order is ready. After 120 days the order is treated as collected and no refund is due. We will remind you before that period ends.
Delivery. A delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay and varies by district. Delivery is within Lebanon to the address you give us. Delivery times are estimates.
Delivery fees are not refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Stock is confirmed at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it in full.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before dispatch, or before collection, by contacting us.
Once dispatched, refunds apply only where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or collection.
If an order is refunded, any tickets issued with it are cancelled and removed from the draw. Where the draw has already taken place, the ticketed portion is not refundable.
Orders not collected within 120 days are not refundable.
9. Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is fraudulent, duplicated, or being used to manipulate a draw. Where an account is closed for these reasons, associated tickets may be cancelled without compensation.
10. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to guess, generate or enumerate ticket numbers. Do not interfere with the site or automate access to it. Do not resell tickets.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
For online draws, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
For in-store draws, Winnn's role is marketing and technology services. Our liability does not extend to the conduct of the draw, the award of the prize, or the promoter's compliance with its permit.
We are not liable for indirect loss, or for the loss of an opportunity to win. We do not guarantee the site is always available or free of errors.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, if you have an account, sent by email. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a draw that is already open.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law. The courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction.
